A year ago on October 21st, I went to the county clerk’s office and filed paperwork to operate my small business under it’s assume name! I can’t believe it has been a year already. I was so excited for my new journey. Little did I know the hardship that would come and the discipline and faith it would take to make it through. I shed a few tears (actually many lol), I lost a few things, and I learned a lot. Actually, I am still learning! I am so grateful however because never in a million years would I have imagined that I would be in a gallery within the first year of this new journey. Won’t He do it! The manifestation of dreams requires a lot of discipline, a lot of determination, and even more faith. The hardest thing for me is maintaining even when I see no immediate results. I had to learn and am still learning to keep pushing despite my feelings. If God gives you a vision, you must work towards that no matter what you feel. I always hear the saying that you never know who is on the other side of you living out your purpose. Thus, there are people assigned to you who can come to know God based upon you fulfilling the purpose He has for you. I am often encouraged by my favorite scripture during the tough todays: Romans 8:28 “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to HIS purpose.” Sometimes I am a straight up mess and don’t even know what my next step is or should be, but I do know that ALL things will work out “for nothing is impossible with God.” Be encouraged and keep making those destiny moves!
